Faulty Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty or damaged, we can offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving  your purchase. 

If the 14 day period has passed, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Change of Mind

To be eligible for a return or exchange , your item must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached). It must also be in the original packaging. 

You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.

Sale items are not refundable but can be exchanged.

Items purchased online can be returned to our store with a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs may only be refunded on faulty items. 

When purchasing christening apparel please choose carefully as they are custom/made to order and therefore we can not offer a refund.
